摘要
中国养鹿历史悠久,尤其新中国成立以后,产业发展迅速,目前已成为世界上最主要的鹿茸产地之一和主要消费国之一。但随着国际鹿茸竞争的加剧,我国鹿茸产业面临巨大的挑战。本文分析了我国鹿茸进、出口形势与特点,并重点研究了我国鹿茸产业最大的竞争对手——新西兰,最后对我国鹿茸产业前景进行客观地分析。
