摘要
根据宏观经济环境的变化,企业的外贸发展战略将做出适当调整,由此带来企业对外贸人才质量和数量需求的变化。高等院校承担着基层外贸从业人员培养的重大责任,所以国际贸易专业的人才培养目标以及人才培养模式应该适时调整。本文重点探讨在新的形势下人才培养模式改革的必要性,以及改革过程中人才培养理念、课程体系设置、实践实训环节、人才培养模式改革的保障等方面的内容。
According to the change of macroeconomic environ-ment, the foreign trading strategies of enterprises will be adjusted, so the need for trade personnel quality and quantity will be changed. The colleges and the universities take on the responsi-bilities for training these personnel, so the goal and the mode of personnel training of international trade major also be rectified accordingly. This paper explores the necessity of reforming per-sonnel training mode under the new environment, and some key points such as personnel training philosophies, curriculum sys-tem design, practical training and safeguard measures.
