摘要
随着社会经济和改革开放的不断发展,我国高职教育也逐渐地发展起来,以就业为导向已经逐渐地发展成为高职教育中的根本办学思想,也是高职教育未来发展的必然趋势,以就业为导向的高职思政教育理念已经逐渐得到重视,以便于培养出符合社会需要的全方位人才。高职教育已经逐渐的向以就业为导向培养全方位人才的方向转变,学生们可以在学习的过程中充分理解就业为导向的目的,促进学生达到专业技能重于毕业证书、就业目的重于课本的目的,所以高职思想政治教育就应该时刻伴随着学生。本文针对以就业为导向的高职思政教育进行研究,提出合理的创新举措。
With the continuous development of social economy and the reform and opening up, China＇s higher vocational education has been developing gradually. In accordance with the continuous development of education, employment orientation has gradually become the fundamental school-running idea of higher vocational education, as well as an inevitable trend of higher vocational education development in the future. The employment-oriented idea of higher vocational ideological and political education has gradually gained attention, as it can help cultivate comprehensive talents suitable for social demands. Higher vocational education has been gradually transforming to the direction of cultivating comprehensive talents oriented by employment,making students fully understand the purpose of employment orientation, namely, laying more emphasis on professional skills instead of the graduation certificate and more emphasis on employment instead of textbooks, so higher vocational ideological and political education should go throughout the entire academic career of students. This paper studies higher vocational ideological and political education oriented by employment and proposes rational innovation measures.
