摘要
以数控技术专业的核心课程之一——数控机床操作与编程为改革目标,进行工作过程系统化的课程开发。在课程内容方面,甄选了与广东地区职业能力相匹配的德国PAL考试委员会题库和广东省职业技能鉴定中心题库作为教学内容,使国外资源库与国内行业需求得到有机结合;在课程实施方面,将德国Keller数控仿真软件作为载体进行教学,弥补了工作场地和数控设备数量的不足,有力保障了课程内容向学生职业能力的转化。
One core curriculum of CNC technology major, "CNC machine tool operation and programming", is developed through work process systematization. In the curriculum content, the databases of exercises derived from German PAL Examination Committee and Guangdong Province Occupation Skill Identification Center which match the occupational ability of Guangdong area are selected as the teaching contents, which combined organically the foreign resources and domestic industrial needs; in the curriculum implementation, the German Keller CNC simulation software is taught as a carrier, making up for the weakness of the workplace and CNC equipment and strongly guaranteeing the conversion of course content into students' occupational ability.
