摘要
新形势下公立医院思想政治工作将伴随医院管理模式的改变而向精细化管理转变,必须结合医院实际,坚持以人为本,运用精细化管理理念、手段和方法,做好职工的思想政治工作,为医院的持续健康发展保驾护航。
With the transformation of hospital management mode, ideological and political work of state-owned hospitals is shifting to elaborate management, in line with hospital reality, adhering to human-oriented, adopting elaborate management ideas and measures, for the sake of better ideological and political work and sustainable development of the hospital.
