摘要
对国内煤炭市场的供应方和需求方进行分析,阐述了供过于求的市场环境对国投新集能源股份有限公司产生的影响。通过对其偿债能力、应收账款回收情况和现金流三个方面的分析,指出了该公司存在的财务风险,同时提出了财务风险控制措施。
The author analyzed supply and demand in the domestic coal market, discussed the influence upon SDIC Xinji Energy Co. Ltd because of the market where supply exceeds demand. Through analyzing its solvency, recovery of accounts receivable and cash flow, the author pointed out the potential financial risk and proposed some financial risk control measures.
