摘要
以中国竞走队20 km竞走项目运动员陈定为研究对象,采用文献资料法、数理统计法、专家访谈法、跟踪观察法和实验法,对陈定备战2012伦敦奥运周期中的个体无氧阈值与速度和成绩展开研究。研究结果表明,无氧阈水平的高低能够在速度方面决定20 km竞走项目的成绩,比赛平均速度处于个体无氧阈速度的100%~102%之间,达到了利用无氧阈速度量化比赛成绩的目的。量化比赛成绩与无氧阈速度能够得到一个准确的时间范围,使得备战成绩指标更具有实践性。这也是竞走运动项目中的一个重大突破,可为竞走运动项目教练员、科研人员训练、比赛提供理论与方法。
Through analyzing Chen Ding' s results of the race walk competition and his personal pre-competition VAT indi- cators at Olympic Games in London ,this article analyzes the relationship of the individual anaerobic threshold speed and a- chievements by documentary review, mathematical statistics, expert interview and experiment. Conclusion:VAT can deter- mine the competition result of 20km Race Walk Competition and the average speed in the competition is 100% ~ 102% of VAT, achieving the objective of quantifying competition performance using anaerobic threshold velocity. Quantitative sco- ring and anaerobic threshold speed can get an accurate time range, making preparations for the performance index more practical. This is a major breakthrough in race walking project, and it can provide theory and method for race walking coa- ches, scientific research personnel training and the competition.
