摘要
目的:观察情志护理配合耳穴压豆治疗中风后气阴两虚型便秘的临床疗效。方法:将76例中风后气阴两虚型便秘患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组38例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理的基础上给予情志护理、耳穴压豆治疗。结果:治疗后,治疗组HAMD评分、便秘评分量表积分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:情志护理配合耳穴压豆治疗中风后气阴两虚型便秘疗效显著。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of emotional care combined with otopoint bean pressation in treating constipation due to syndrome of qi-yin deficiency after stroke. Methods： 76 patients with constipation due to syndrome of qi-yin deficiency after stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 38 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were given routine care,while the ones in the treatment group were added emotional care and otopoint bean pressation on the basis treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment,HAMD score,constipation score of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group,and the differences between them had statistical meaning（ all P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Emotional care combined with otopoint bean pressation has very good curative effect in treating constipation due to syndrome of qi-yin deficiency after stroke.
