摘要
分析检验实验室是各类综合性高校和工科院校教学、科研的重点单位,实验废液种类繁多,成分复杂,处理难度大,直接排放对环境污染严重。对常见实验废液进行调查,并进行处理方法研究。分析检验实验室废液主要有四类:酸碱废液、重金属废液、有机废液和染化料废液。采用了源头分类处理实验室废液的方法,选用微生物絮凝剂处理重金属废液,水质检查结果表明,治理后废液水质均达到国家排放标准。方法简便有效、绿色环保,结果令人满意。
Analytical laboratory is the indispensable department in the universities and engineering colleges,the waste liquid form which is difficult to be dealt with because of its compositions is complex,and it will seriously pollute the environment without processed. In the paper,the waste liquid will be investigated and its disposal methods will be studied. The waste liquid from analytical laboratory is classified into four kinds： acidic or basic waste liquid,harmful metal ionic waste liquid,organic waste liquid and dye waste liquid. The four kinds of treatment are studied,the harmful metal ionic waste liquid is controlled with microorganism flocculation,water quality test results indicate,the water quality reaches the stipulated discharge standard. This treatment is simple,effective and friendly with environment. The results obtained were in good agreement with the reported values.
