摘要
依管理学原理从组织结构、管理层次、管理幅度及管理的制度化与自主化等方面,归纳服务型高校学生体育社团组织框架的设计原则,设计机械式、矩阵式、扁平化和"三权分立"的组织框架和基本管理流程。应用结果显示:矩阵式和"三权分立"的组织结构增强了社团成员的稳定性与积极性,机械式且扁平化的组织结构明确了分工并利于信息传递;需要在各级负责人的职责划分、职能部门的分工与协作、内外部信息交流及监管部门的独立运作等涉及管理流程的方面进行深入研究,以实现社团管理的制度化和自主化;需要建立更为完善的活动体系进一步增强团队凝聚力和服务能力。
From the aspects of organization structure, management level, management range, system management and independent management etc, this paper summarized the design principle of the organization structure and the basic management process of service-oriented university students＆#39; sports association based on principles of management, in order to enhance the stability of association＇s members to improve service capability. the application result shows that the matrix and “separation of powers”organizational structure enhances the stability and active of community members, the mechanical and flat organizational structure has been clear about the division of labor and facilitate information transfer; further research is needed in the management process involving the person in charge of the division of responsibilities at all levels, departments of division of labor and cooperation, internal and external information exchange and other regulatory authorities to operate independently in order to achieve the institutionalization of community management and autonomy; need to establish a more perfect system of activities to further strengthen team cohesion and service ability.
