水力泵送桥塞分段压裂技术的研究与应用 被引量:10

摘要 随着致密油藏资源的大规模开发,大排量、大液量的混合水体积压裂工艺是致密油水平井压裂改造下一步的主攻方向,实现这一目标的主要途径是水力泵送桥塞分段多簇压裂技术。现场试验表明,自主研发的复合桥塞性能完全达到设计要求,多簇射孔和带压钻磨桥塞配套工具性能可靠、工艺可行,标志着水平井复合桥塞+多簇射孔联作分段压裂技术成功实现国产化,为下步致密油藏水平井应用国产化复合桥塞工具进行低成本、大规模体积压裂提供有力技术支撑。 With the large-scale development of dense oil reservoir resources, large displacement, large amount of mixed water volume fracturing technology is the main direction of dense oil horizontal well fracturing, the main way to achieve this goal is to use hydraulic pumping bridge plug piecewise fracturing technology. The field test showed that the independent developed composite bridge plug performance fully met the design requirements, perforating and pressure drilling and milling bridge plug supporting tools have reliable performance, the craft is feasible, which indicates that the horizontal well staged fracturing technology with cluster perforating and composite bridge plug has achieved the localization. The technology localization will provide strong technical support for application of composite bridge plug tool with low cost in horizontal well large volume fracturing of dense oil reservoirs.
