摘要
目的探讨重症肌无力的中西医结合治疗。方法对2013年1月~2014年2月收治的60例重症肌无力患者中西医结合治疗方法资料进行分析。结果本组30例患者中,痊愈13例,显效10例,有效4例,无效3例,愈显率为76.66%,总有效率为90%。结论中西医联合治疗重症肌无力能明显提高痊愈及基本痊愈率,降低复发率及不良反应率,是一种较好的治疗措施。
Objective To Fdiscussion on the treatment of myasthenia gravis that treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods Analyzed 60 cases of treatment datum of patients with myasthenia gravis who treated by the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in January, 2013 to February, 2014. Results There are 13 cases were cured, 10 cases have a markedly effect, 4 cases are effective and 3 cases are invalid in this group which have 30 patients, and the markedly effective rate was 76.66%, the total effective rate was 90%. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treating myasthenia gravis is a good treatment measure which can significantly improve the cure and basic recovery rate, and reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reaction rate.
