摘要
目的探讨超声介导药物靶向递送技术在膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床治疗中的应用价值。方法随机抽取80例膝关节骨性关节炎患者参与研究,并分为观察组和对照组。观察组患者采用超声介导药物靶向递送技术进行治疗,对照组患者口服药物治疗。对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率为92.5%,显著高于对照组患者的77.5%(P<0.05),结论应用超声介导药物靶向递送技术治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,可有效提高患者病灶的药效吸收率,改善患者膝关节功能,促进患者快速康复。
Objective To study the ultrasound mediated targeted drug delivery technology in the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis clinical application value. Methods Randomly selected 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis were involved in the research, and divided into observation group and control group. Observation group were treated by ultrasound mediated targeted drug delivery technology treatment, control group patients with oral medication. Comparative analysis of two groups of patients with clinical therapeutic effect. Results The observation group of patients with clinical treatment the total effective rate was 92.5%, significantly higher than the control group 77.5% of the patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of ultrasound mediated targeted drug delivery technology treatment of knee osteoarthritis, which can effectively improve the efficacy of patients with lesions absorption rate, improve the function of patients with knee joint, accelerate the rehabilitation of patients..
