摘要
目的对胸部MSCTA技术辅助肺癌肺叶切除术的应用效果进行观察。方法选取拟行肺癌肺叶切除术的患者82例分为两组,实验组经胸部MSCTA技术检查后行肺叶切除术,对照组行常规肺叶切除术。结果 38例胸部MSCTA检查结果与手术结果完全符合,准确率为92.7%,实验组在手术时间和术中出血量上优于对照组。结论胸部MSCTA技术可直观显示血管情况,对肺癌肺叶切除术具有重要辅助价值。
Objective Chest MSCTA technical assistance lung lobectomy application effects were observed. Methods Patients undergoing lung lobectomy 82 cases divided into two groups, the experimental group underwent a technical inspection by chest MSCTA lobectomy, the control group underwent conventional lobectomy. Results 38 cases of chest MSCTA findings in full compliance with the surgical outcome, the accuracy was 92.7%, the experimental group than the control group on the operative time and blood loss. Conclusion Chest MSCTA technology can visualize the vascular cases, lobectomy for lung cancer has important secondary value.
