摘要
目的观察应用手术方式对老年胆囊炎胆石症患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法选择在本院接受治疗的82例老年胆囊炎胆石症患者随机平分为观察组、对照组各41例,分别给予传统治疗和手术综合治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率、患者满意度均明显优于对照组,差异比较存在显著性(P<0.05)。结论在对老年胆囊炎胆石症患者的病史、病情等进行综合评估的基础上为患者制定具有针对性的手术治疗方案,可有效提高临床疗效。
Objective To observe the surgical approach for elderly patientswith cholecystitis and cholelithiasis clinical effects of treatment. Methods Select 82 cases of senile cholecystitis and cholelithiasis patients were randomly divided into two groupst in our hospital, control group of 41 patients were treated with conventional therapy and surgical comprehensive treatment. Results Observation group total efficiency, patient satisfaction were significantly better than the control group, there was a significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of elderly patients with a history of cholecystitis and cholelithiasis disease such as a comprehensive assessment on the development of a targeted surgical treatment for patients, which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy.
