摘要 我国正处于社会转型的关键期,转型的加速进行对职业教育提出了新的发展要求。然而,职业教育领域中仍然存在一系列的问题,使得职业教育与社会转型之间的矛盾急剧增多,既不利于职业教育本身的长远发展,也不利于职业教育为社会主义现代化建设服务。因此,应从社会学角度出发,通过对社会转型期职业教育发展面临的挑战进行深入分析,找出职业教育发展的关键所在,探寻与社会转型特殊时期相适应的职业教育发展对策。 China is experiencing the key period of social transformation, during which the acceleration of social transformation has raised new requirements to the development of vocational education. There are still a series of problems in the field of vocational education which have brought quantities of contradictions between vocational education and social transformation. They do harm not only to the long-ternl development of vocational education itself but also to the service of social modernization construction. From the perspective of sociology, this paper tries to make an in-depth analysis of the challenge in the development of vocational education during the transformation period. It will be good for us to find the key points as well as the strategy of the development of vocational education that suit to the special period.
