摘要
目的：对引起妊娠高血压综合征（妊高症）的相关社会因素进行分析,提出预防对策。方法：回顾性分析我院2008-01~2011-01诊断为妊高症者2 302例为观察组,同期19 258例健康产妇为对照组,对年龄、吸烟史、多胎妊娠、高血压家族史、体质量增长指数、定期产检、家庭收入等因素进行分析。结果：妊高症发生率10.7%,该组较对照组平均年龄大、吸烟史长、体质量增长指数多、高血压家族史比例高、定期产检少、家庭收入低。结论：妊高症的因素是多方面的,可通过控制有关措施、进行群体健康宣教,降低妊高症可能造成的母体或胎儿影响。
Objective：To analyze the social factors associated with the pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome（PIH）,and to find out the preventive strategies.Methods：A total of 2 302 patients with PIH diagnosed in our hospital from Jan 2008 to Jan 2011 were analyzed retrospectively while 19 258 healthy pregnant women without PIH at the same time were selected as control.Factors such as age,smoking history,multiple pregnancy,family history of hypertension,weight increase index,regular prenatal examination,family income of all subjects were analyzed.Results：The incidence rate of PIH was 10.7%.Higher average age,weight increase index,percent of family history of hypertension,and longer smoking history,less regular prenatal examination,and lower family income were found in PIH group than those in control group.Conclusion：There are many factors associated with PIH.Effect of PIH on matrix and fetus can be reduced through control of some risks and education of public health.
