摘要
量子点(quantum dots,QDs)是一种直径范围2~10 nm的纳米微晶体,因其在成像方面所具有的独特优势,在靶向治疗方面已成为人们关注的焦点。然而,国内外关于量子点在胃癌诊疗方面的报道极少。目前全世界胃癌发病率呈逐渐升高的趋势,其治疗以手术切除最为理想,但在手术过程中无法做到对癌肿范围及淋巴结转移范围的精准定位。胃癌的精准切除已成为临床治疗所要达到的理想目标。应用量子点合成纳米荧光探针可以辅助胃癌精准切除。本文将对近年来量子点的研究进展及其在胃癌诊疗方面应用前景作一概述。
Quantum dots(QDs) is a nanocrystals whose diameter is in the range of 2 ~ 10 nm. Because of its unique advantages in imaging,it has become the focus of our attention in the treatment at the target. However,at home and abroad,the quantum dots used in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer has rarely been reported. Currently,the incidence of gastric cancer is increasing in the world,and its ideal treatment is surgical resection. However,it is unable to achieve the precise positioning of the tumor and lymph node metastasis range in the process of the operation. The precise resection of gastric cancer has become the ideal target of clinical treatment to achieve. Quantum dots to synthesize nano fluorescent probe can assist the accurate resection of gastric cancer. In this paper,recent progress in the study of quantum dots and the prospect of its application in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer are reviewed.
