Progress in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture

摘要 骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折(OVCF)是造成慢性腰背部疼痛的主要病因之一,且致残率较高,严重影响患者的生活质量.以往OVCF的治疗以抗骨质疏松药物及手术治疗为主,近年来微创治疗由于创伤小、安全性高、并发症少,能迅速缓解疼痛症状等优点,成为OVCF治疗的发展趋势.本文就OVCF的诊治进展方面作一综述. Osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture (OVCF) is one of the most common complications of osteoporosis, which can cause chronic low back pain, high disability and a serious impact on quality of life. In the past, anti-osteoporosis drugs and surgical treatment were the two main therapies of OVCF. In recent years, minimally invasive therapy has become the main trend for its advantages such as minimal trauma with high security, fewer complications and quickly pain re- lief. The purpose of this paper is to make a brief review on the progress in the diagnosis and treat- ment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture.
