摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声应用监测甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏结构变化的价值。方法:筛选某院收治的甲亢孕妇40例(观察组)作为研究对象,另选取同期进行产前检查健康的孕妇胎儿60例作为对照组。对所有孕妇进行胎儿心脏检查,采集两组调查者妊娠胎儿心脏的结构指标及胎心率、新生儿质量。结果:观察组胎儿心脏收缩期与舒张期其心室面积、周长均明显大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组胎儿心室TV、MV的E、A、E/A指标均显著高于对照组,观察组患者胎心率明显高于对照组,同时新生儿体重明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:孕妇妊娠期合并甲亢严重累及胎儿的心脏结构及功能情况,通过彩色多普勒超声能够在早期准确监测甲亢孕妇胎儿心脏结构及功能的变化,检查结果较为准确、可靠,能够有效指导甲亢孕妇新生儿围生期预防心功能异常的临床治疗。
Objective:To investigate the value of colour doppler ultrasound in monitoring cardiac structure changes of futus conceived by preganat women with hyperthyroidism .Methods:Select 40 cases of pregnant women with hyperthyroidism received in some hospital as the study object(observation group) ,choose other 60 cases of concurrent pregnant women who had physical examination for the fetus as the control group .Ex‐am the fetus for all the pregnant women ,collect the indices of cardiac structure of fetuses of the two groups and the quality of neonates .Results:During systole and diastole ,the area and perimeter of fetuses’ ventricles of the observation group were obviously greater than that of the control group(P<0 .05) ,the E ,Aand E/A of TV and MV of fetal ventricle were all higher than that of the control group ,the fetal heart rate of the pa‐tients in the observation was higher than that of the control group ,and the weight of the neotates were light‐er than that of the control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Pregnant woman with hyperthyroidism seriously im‐plicate the changes of cardiac structure and function .With the help of colour doppler ultrasound ,it is possi‐ble to monitor the changes of cardiac structure and function of fetus conceived by woman with hyperthyroid‐ism early ,and the examination results are exact and reliable and effectively guide the pregnant woman with hyperthyroidism to accept clinical protective treatment against abnormalities of cardiac function .
