摘要
西方社会工作的战略管理经历了一个兴起和发展的过程,并呈现出一些新的特征。在新形势下,搞好中国社会工作的战略管理正日益彰显出重要性。当前,中国必须明确社会工作职业的发展趋势,定位社会工作发展的战略愿景,提升社会工作机构的核心能力,强调社会工作服务的动态适应,不断实现社会工作的持续创新。
There has been experienced a rising and developmental process in western vocational social work .Under the new historical conditions , China has owned many foundations for realizing strategic management in social work development .At present , the basic approaches of carrying out strategic management are as follows： doing better work of environment research to definitude developmental trends of social work vocation , planing the strategic projects to orienting hopes , carrying out consequence strategy to upgrade the core capacities , abiding by the principle of contingency to acquire dynamic adaptations , and sticking to making the advance with the times to achieve contin-uous innovations .
