摘要
采用Aspen Hysys模拟软件,对胺液脱除天然气中CO2的影响因素吸收塔塔板数目、吸收塔操作压力、原料气温度、MDEA溶液浓度、胺液组成进行模拟研究,并对模拟结果进行规律总结和合理解释。模拟结果表明,吸收塔塔板数目的增加对于胺液吸收CO2有促进作用;吸收塔的操作压力增大使得CO2的脱除率呈现出先线性增大后逐渐变缓的趋势;原料气的反应温度提高使CO2的脱除率提高;MDEA浓度的增大在一定范围内提高了CO2的脱除率,浓度过高时CO2的脱除率减小;MEA、DEA的加入会提高MDEA脱CO2的活性,且MEA促进效果优于DEA。
Aspen Hysys simulation software was used to simulate amine liquid rem oving CO2 in natural gas. In this simulation some influence factors were researched such as absorption tower tray number, absorption tower operating pressure, raw natural gas temperature, MDEA solution concentration, composition of amine liquid, then the laws was summarized and reasonable explanation was gave. The simulation results showed that increasing the absorption tower plate number promoted CO2 absorption, operation pressure to CO2 removing rate presented a trend of increases linearly at first and then gradually slow, increasing feed gas temperature improved the CO2 removal rate, MDEA concentration within a certain range increased the CO2 removal rate, excessive concentration decreased CO2 removal rate, adding MEA,DEA improved the MDEA activity.
