摘要
介绍了学科馆员的概念,阐述了学科馆员应有的素养以及学科馆员的服务对象,结合琼州学院图书馆建设现状,分析了建立学科馆员制度的意义及必要性,提出了适合琼州学院学科馆员制度的服务模式。
This paper introduces the concept of the subject librarian, expounds the qualities that the subject librarian should have and the service objects of the subject librarian, and connecting with the construction status of the library of Qiongzhou University, analyzes the significance and necessity of establishing the subject librarian system, and puts forward the service mode suitable for the subject librarian system of Qiongzhou University.
