摘要
利用十水硫酸钠作为相变储热体系的主体成分,加入一定量的氯化钠,可以适当降低体系的相变温度,达到更适合人类使用的27℃左右的室温范围。同时针对十水硫酸钠的相分离、过冷问题,加入一定量的增稠剂和成核剂,使相变储热体系更加稳定。用DSC法测定了该储热体系的相变温度和相变焓,最终确定了相变焓较高、相变温度在室温范围内的以十水硫酸钠为主体成分的相变储热体系的最佳配方。
The phase transition temperature of the Na2SO4·10H2O phase change material was successfully reduced to 27℃ by using a certain amount of Na Cl. For the problem of phase separation and supercooling,adding a certain amount of thickening agent and nucleating agent made the phase change system more stable. The phase transition temperature and the enthalpy of the system was measured by DSC,then the best recipes with high enthalpy and room temperature was determined.
