摘要
《玉篇俗字研究》是台湾已故学者孔仲温的遗著之一。该书以宋本《玉篇》为研究对象,共分五章。作者使用"穷尽研究法"分析材料;追根溯源,揭示俗字字形的变化情况;使用"比较法"把宋本《玉篇》俗字和唐宋字书俗字作比较。作者具有鲜明的问题意识和读者意识,集中体现在《绪论》和附录的五个字表中。作者在俗字的认定和阐述个别俗字的构形时也存在少数小错误。总体来看,本书清晰地呈现了宋本《玉篇》俗字的状况,总结了俗字变化的一些规律,为同类研究及语言文字其他方面的研究提供了可资借鉴的方法。
Popular Form of Characters in Yupian（玉篇） is a posthumous work of Kong Zhongwen. With the Yupian（玉篇） of the Song edition as the object,the book has five chapters. The author analyzes the materials with an exhaustion method. He discovers the change of popular form of characters by hard and thorough search.Besides,he compares the popular form of characters in the Yupian（玉篇） with those in the dictionaries in the Tang and Song dynasties. The author＇s clear problematic consciousness and audience awareness are centrally reflected in the introduction and the five word tables in the appendix of the book. Nevertheless,there are minor errors in identifying the characters and expounding the formation of several popular forms. With clear presentation of the popular form of characters in Yupian（玉篇） and some laws of the change of the characters,this book provides reference for similar studies.
