摘要
以神木汇森凉水井煤矿431盘区首采工作面存在的实际问题,对4-3薄煤层首采工作面矿压监测系统、采煤机远程控制、薄煤层智能开采远程的可视化监控、薄煤层综采工作面液压支架电液控制系统,构建具有故障诊断功能的监控系统,监测采煤机、刮板运输机和支架的工况信息,本文的研究对类似条件下的薄煤层开采有着一定的指导意义。
According to the actual problems in the first mining face of №431 mining area,based on the analysis of ground pressure monitoring,remote control of shearer,remote visual monitoring of intelligent mining and electric-hydraulic control of hydraulic support for the first mechanized mining face with thin seam,the monitoring system with fault diagnosis function was established for monitoring the operation conditions of main equipments in mining face. The research has certain guiding significance for thin seam mining under similar conditions.
