摘要
为保证黄陵一号煤矿高瓦斯中厚煤层高效安全回采,采用定向长钻孔对煤层瓦斯进行预抽,通过Fluent数值模拟软件,对不同抽采时间、抽采半径、抽采负压、渗透率条件下预抽煤层瓦斯效果进行模拟,得到不同模拟方案下的瓦斯压力分布及抽采量的变化规律,为黄陵矿区高瓦斯中厚煤层瓦斯预抽参数确定提供了一定理论依据。309进风顺槽现场抽采效果表明定向长钻孔瓦斯预抽可有效降低煤层瓦斯含量,保证工作面安全回采。
In order to ensure the safety mining in thick seam and high gas coal mine,the directional long drilling is used in gas pre-drainage. By using Fluent numerical simulation software,the gas pre-drainage effect is simulated under the condition of different gas extraction time,radius,negative pressure and permeability,the gas pressure distribution and drainage quantity is obtained under different simulation scheme. The simulation provides theory basis for determining reasonable gas extraction parameters in high gas medium-thick seam. Engineering practice shows that the gas pre-drainage of directional long drilling can reduce seam gas content effectively and ensure the safety mining of working face.
