摘要 斜沟矿23113工作面通过合理选择回采设备、优化回采工艺参数、采取适当的提高回采率以及防治煤尘爆炸、煤层自燃的措施,解决了煤质硬、顶煤厚、不易破碎、工作面煤尘大、采空区残煤自燃等中硬自燃特厚浅埋煤层放顶煤开采过程中遇到的问题,将放顶煤开采工艺成功应用在中硬自燃特厚浅埋煤层的开采中,并取得了良好的经济效益。 The working face 23113 in Xiegou Coal Mine solved the problems of the coal's hardness,hard to break due to the top coal's thickness,too much dust in the working face,spontaneous combustion of gob residual coal and other problems encountered in the process of top coal caving mining in the shallow extra thick medium hard spontaneous combustion coal seam through reasonable choice of mining equipment,optimizing mining process parameters,appropriately improving the recovery ratio and preventing coal dust explosion and coal seam spontaneous combustion,and successfully applied the technology of top coal caving mining to the shallow extra thick medium hard spontaneous combustion coal seam,achieveing good economic returns.
