脂肪酸转运蛋白4(SLC27A4)基因内含子8多态性研究 被引量:1

摘要 脂肪酸转运蛋白4(SLC27A4)是主要的极长链脂肪酰基辅酶A合成酶,在脂质代谢中起着重要作用。本文利用PCR-RFLP方法分析了6个猪种的SLC27A4基因内含子8的多态性。结果表明,在长白猪群体中检测到AA、AG和GG 3种基因型;在莱芜猪和大约克检测到AG和GG 2种基因型;其余猪种只检测到GG 1种基因型。在6个猪群中G均为优势等位基因,GG为优势基因型。χ2检验显示,基因型分布在莱芜猪、大约克和长白猪群均达到了哈代—温伯格平衡(P〉0.05);不同基因型在群体间的分布差异极显著(P〈0.01)。群体遗传特性结果表明,有效等位基因数在1.000~1.2914之间。多态信息含量(PIC)介于0.0000~0.2002之间,为低度多态。 Solute carrier family 27( fatty acid transporter),member 4,is the principal very long chain fatty acyl-co A synthetase which plays a role in lipid metabolism. The distributions of Msp I polymorphisms of intron 8 in SLC27A4 were assayed by PCR-RFLP. The results showed that genotypes of SLC27A4 were AA,AG and GG in Landrace,AG and GG in Laiwu and Yorkshire,and only GG in Licha,Yimeng and Duroc pigs. Allele G and genotype GG were dominant in all 6 breeds. A chi-square analysis indicated that the genotype distribution in Laiwu,Yorkshire and Landrace pigs were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium( P 0. 05). Distributions of AA,AG and GG genotypes were significantly different in 6 breeds( P 0. 01). Population genetic character analysis indicated that effective number of alleles ranged from 1. 000 to 1. 2914,and polymorphism information content( PIC) was between 0. 0000 and 0. 2002,being low polymorphic locus.
