摘要
[目的]为探讨长期有效的鸡球虫病防控方法奠定基础。[方法]分离并培养鸡球虫卵囊,通过感染雏鸡试验研究其卵囊发育和感染的过程。[结果]分离到的球虫卵囊大多形态饱满,为宽椭圆形,少数为卵圆形,壁光滑,中间明显可见1个圆形核,原生质呈淡褐色,卵囊大小约为18.5-25.5μm×16.7-22.5μm。正常的孢子化卵囊多能见到分化明显的4个孢子,18 h可看到部分卵囊孢子化,36h孢子化达80%。接种后发病雏鸡的体重缓慢增加,血便明显,死亡率较高,同时解剖可见盲肠病变明显,肠壁增厚,严重者因充满大量血液而盲肠肿大。[结论]根据卵囊的形态、发病鸡的临床表现、卵囊寄生部位和盲肠病理变化等特征,初步判断分离的球虫主要为柔嫩艾美耳球虫。
[Objective] The research aimed to lay the foundation for the long-term and effective method for preventing and controlling chicken coccidiosis. [Method] The coccidian oocysts of chicken were isolated and cultured. The development process of coccidian oocysts and its infection on chicklings were studied. [Result]The shapes of most isolated oocysts were full,broadly elliptic. A few of oocysts were ovate-orbicular.And the wall was smooth and a circular core was visible in the middle. The protoplasm was light brown and the size of oocysts was 18. 5- 25. 5μm × 16. 7- 22. 5 μm. Four sporules with obvious differentiation could be seen in normal sporulated oocysts. The sporulation of some oocysts was seen after 18 hours and the sporulation rate of oocysts reached 80% after 36 hours. After the inoculation,the weight of diseased chicklings slowly increased,bloody feces were seen and the mortality rate was higher. The obvious cecal lesion and incrassation of intestine wall were seen from anatomical results and even a large amount of blood was full and cecal enlargement was seen. [Conclusion]According to the morphology of oocysts,clinical characteristics of diseased chicken,parasitic sites of oocysts,cecal pathological changes and other characteristics,the isolated coccidian were mainly Eimeria tenella.
