摘要
茨哈峡水电站混凝土面板堆石坝最大坝高257.5 m,较目前混凝土面板堆石坝坝高水平有所突破,对茨哈峡大坝关键技术问题进行了初步研究,提出了有效的筑坝材料控制、变形控制、渗透稳定控制、坝体分区、坝体抗震等措施,通过论证认为茨哈峡水电站大坝建设有关技术问题可以基本落实,茨哈峡水电站混凝土面板堆石坝建设技术上是可行的、大坝安全性是有保障的。
The maximum height of CFRD,Cihaxia Hydropower Project,is 257. 5 m. Compared with the existing CFRD,this CFRD is a little higher. Therefore,the key technical issues of the dam are studied primarily. Measures in terms of the effective control of embankment materials,deformation control,seepage stability control,dam body zoning,aseismicity of dam body,etc are provided. Through demonstration,it approves that the key technical issues on the dam construction are solved. Construction of the CFRD,Cihaxi Hydropower Project,is feasible technically. Its safety is secured.
