摘要 对一种具有多层结构的N A O型摩擦衬片进行了表层结构设计和层间结构设计,利用有限元分析软件A N SY S模拟仿真了摩擦衬片在不同结构形式下的散热性能。研究发现,与普通无沟槽结构相比,具有表面沟槽结构的摩擦衬片在摩擦结合过程中,其表面节点温度无论在最高温度和最后温度上均表现更好,其中小长短径比的圆弧结构最优,矩形次之。与一般直线嵌合的层间结构相比,折线嵌合的层间结构也表现较好。这表明摩擦衬片的表层沟槽结构和层间结构设计对其散热效果有着积极作用。 This paper designs surface structure and interlayer structure of a NAO type friction lining with muhi-layer structure,and simulates heat dispersion performance of friction lining under different structure forms based on ANSYS. The results proves that :compared with ordinary structure without groove ,the maximum temperature and final temperature of the surface node on friction lining with groove structure are all better,the arc structure with small ratio of long radius to short radius are the best, followed by the rectangle. Compared with general before chimerical structure between the layers,the line between layers of chimerical combined structure is better. This research suggests that the surface groove friction lining structure and interlayer structure design has a positive role on the heat dissipation effect.
