基于ANSYS Workbench充填液压支架三铰点结构有限元分析

摘要 三铰点结构是四柱充填液压支架的核心结构,其受力情况复杂,直接影响四柱充填液压支架的工作性能。文中针对四柱充填液压支架ZC 6700/18/34,利用Solid W orks2010建立三维参数化模型,在对其合理简化的基础上,利用有限元分析软件A N SY S W orkbench14.5进行有限元受力分析。根据分析结果,优化三铰点结构设计方案,提高四柱充填液压支架的整机性能,为四柱充填液压支架的设计提供参考依据。 Three hinged point structure is the core structure of the four-legs backfilling roof support. Complicated working force conditions directly affect the performance of the four-legs backfilling roof support. This paper established three- dimensional parametric model of the four-legs backfilling roof support ZC6700/18/34 using SolidWorks2010, simplified the model and analyzed the force using the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbenchl4.5. According to the analysis results, the design scheme of three hinged point structure is optimized, the performance of the four-legs backfilling roof support is improved. The analysis results provided the reference for the four-legs backfilling roof support designing.
