大台阶薄壁旋压圆筒内径一致性工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过两种方案的旋压工艺试验对比,分析了大台阶薄壁圆筒旋压过程中出现的内径一致性较差的问题。避开旋压变形空间变形曲面分析的复杂性,将旋压变形分解为两个轧制过程,从轧制工艺学的角度解释了道次减薄率、进给率对强力流动旋压的影响。试验中得到了满足要求的工艺参数。试验表明:大台阶薄壁圆筒内径一致性较差时,应合理布置旋压道次,分配道次减薄率,能够有效控制圆筒内径尺寸,提高产品内径的一致性。 The two kinds of spinning experiments were compared to analyze the poor consistency of inner diameter in the spinning process of big step cylinder. In order to simplify the spinning, the complexity of space deformation was avoided, and the deformation during the spinning was divided into two rolling processes. Additionally, the influences of the pass thinning rate and the spin wheel feed rate on power spinning were explicated from the aspects of rolling technology. The parameters satisfying the design requirements were obtained through different experiments. The results showed that it could control the cylinder diameter effectively and improve the consistency of inner diameter by the appropriate arrangement of spinning pass and distribution of pass thinning rate when the inner diameter is inconsistent.
