摘要 介绍9%~12%Cr铁素体耐热钢的发展历程及超超临界汽轮机缸体材料在日、韩、美及欧洲等国家和地区的研发动态。重点介绍了欧洲COST计划、韩国斗山、日本国立材料研究所等的研究成果。从避免δ铁素体析出,增加强化相稳定性及提高材料在服役条件下的耐蚀性等角度出发,提出适用于620℃超超临界汽轮机缸体材料的耐热合金优化设计理念。 The paper presents the development hislol7 of 9%-12% Cr Ferritle heat-resistant steel and the status of the research and dexelopment of Uhra-SuperCritieal (USC) east steel for turbine casing application in Japan, South Korea. America and Europe. The paper details the research achievements that have heen gained by European COST project and Korean Doosan Heavy Industries & and Japanese National Institute for Materials Science. An optimized heat-resistant alloy design concept suitable for 620 ℃ USC steam turbine easing material is put forward in order to prevent 8 fen'ire from preeipitating and improve the phase stability and eotTosion resistance trader service condition.
