腋窝淋巴结清扫术对早期老年乳腺癌患者预后的影响 被引量：2

摘要 目的分析早期老年乳腺癌患者实施腋窝淋巴结清扫术对预后的影响。方法收集青海大学附属医院2009年至2013年收治的早期老年乳腺癌行腋窝淋巴结清扫术的患者60例为研究组,另选择同期收治的未行腋窝淋巴结清扫术的患者作为对照组,观察两组患者预后。结果观察组患者术后出现并发症2例,发生率为3.33%,两组患者在临床分期与肿瘤大小方面比较及两组患者术前、术后的生活质量指数评分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论行腋窝淋巴结清扫术不能降低早期老年乳腺癌患者的疾病进展风险,对于生存期预期较长的患者生活质量受到影响。影响乳腺癌患者的预后与淋巴结是否转移及转移的数目相关。
