摘要
目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于绝经后取环临床效果。方法通过对2012年10月至2013年10月在开封市中心医院取环的130例绝经妇女随机分组比较,其中对照组妇女给予米索前列醇,实验组妇女给予米非司酮配伍米索前列醇。观察比较两组宫颈软化效果和镇痛效果。结果实验组妇女宫颈软化程度较对照组妇女明显提高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05),实验组妇女镇痛效果总有效率为96.92%(63/65),明显优于对照组的84.46%(55/65),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对绝经后取环妇女采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可提高宫颈软化效果和镇痛效果,减轻痛苦,临床值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone and misoprostol for postmenopausal taking. Meth- ods Totally 130 cases of postmenopausal women from October 2012 to October 2013 in our hospital to take the ring ran-domized comparison group of women given misoprostol in which the experimental group of women given mifepristone and misoprostol. To compare the two groups of cervical softening effect and analgesic effects. Results The degree of softening of the cervix of women in the experimental group than the control group signifcantly increased women, the difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the experimental group of women analgesia total effective rate was 96. 92% （ 63/65 ） , significantly better than the control group, 84. 46% （ 55/65 ） , the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion For post - menopausal women taking the ring using mifepristone and misoprostol can improve cervical softening effect and analgesic effect, relieve suffering, worthy of clinical application.
