摘要
目的：观察胃癌急性穿孔患者的优质护理方法及效果。方法搜集2013年9月～2014年9月我院接收的胃癌急性穿孔39例患者，根据不同护理方法分为实验组与对照组。对实验组21例进行优质护理，对对照组18例进行常规护理。观察实验组与对照组的护理效果，并比较分析。结果与对照组相比，实验组护理满意度较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃癌急性穿孔患者的优质护理效果较好，患者较为满意。
Objective Excellence nursing and its efficacy in treatment of patients with acute gastric perforation are to be discussed.Methods Choose 39 patients with acute gastric perforation who are treated in hospital from September 2013 to September 2014 and separate them into study group and control group according to different treatment methods. 21 patients in study group are given excellence nursing,while 18 patients in control group are given conventional treatment,and then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups.Results Compared to control group,patients’ satisfaction with treatment in study group is much higher than that in control group,there is a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Excellence nursing is of efficacy in treatment of patients with acute gastric perforation,and it appeals to more patients with satisfaction; such a treatment approach is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied.
