摘要
目的研究前列腺增生应用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗的的围术期护理体会。方法将58例前列腺增生患者分为治疗组和对照组,对比临床护理效果。结果对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和术后并发症发生率,P<0.05。结论在应用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗前列腺增生患者临床上护理干预措施具有良好效果。
Objective To study the perioperative nursing experience of the transurethral vaporization of prostate treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia. Methods 58 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients were divided into treatment group and control group. We compared the clinical nursing effect.ResultsThe operation time,bleeding volume,postoperative complications and hospitalization time of the two groups were compared with P〈0.05.Conclusion The application of transurethral vaporization of prostate for treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with clinical nursing intervention has a good effect.
