摘要
目的：深入研究围手术期的临床护理在子宫肌瘤患者护理中的应用，并对其效果进行分析和探讨。方法选取于2012年5月～2014年9月期间，在我院接受治疗的100例子宫肌瘤患者，并随机分成对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察实行常规护理和围手术期护理的效果。结果通过对两组护理效果进行对比，采用常规护理的对照组总满意度为88%，采用围手术期护理的观察组总满意度98%，围手术期的护理效果优于常规护理的护理效果，两组的对照差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对子宫肌瘤患者采取围手术期护理有利于患者疾病的治疗。
Objective The application of perioperative clinical nursing to patients with uterine fibroids is to be investigated and then analyze and discuss the clinical nursing efficacy.MethodsChoose 100 patients with uterine fibroids who are treated in hospital from May 2012 to September 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random. And then observe and compare the treatment efficacy of these two groups which are given conventional nursing and perioperative nursing respectively. Results The comparison result shows that the satisfaction rate of patients given conventional nursing in control group is up to 88%,while satisfaction rate of patients given perioperative nursing in study group is up to 98%; the perioperative nursing efficacy in study group is much higher than conventional nursing efficacy in control group,there is a treatment differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing is of efficiency to cure uterine fibroids patients; therefore,it is quite worthwhile to be widely-used in clinical experiment.
