摘要
目的：进一步探究中医康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的临床效果。方法收集了2013年1月～2014年1月我院收治的84例老年骨性关节炎患者临床资料进行详细研究，将上述患者随机分为两组，42例对照组患者接受西医方式治疗，42例研究组患者接受中医康复治疗。结果研究组患者治疗有效率（95.2%）显著高于对照组（76.2%），P〈0.05，有差异，具统计学意义。结论中医康复治疗老年骨性关节炎的疗效显著，能有效缓解患者临床症状。
ObjectiveTo explore clinical rehabilitation treatment effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of elderly patients with osteoarthritis. MethodsReview and analyze clinical treatment data selected from84 elderly patients with osteoarthritis who are treatedin hospital from January2013 to January2014 and separate them into two groups at random; 42 patients in control group are givenwestern medication treatment,while 42 patients in study group are given rehabilitation treatment of traditional chinese medicine.Results Treatment efficacy in study group（95.2%） is much higher than that in control group（76.2%）; there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value（P〈0.05）. ConclusionRehabilitation treatment of traditional chinese medicine is of clinical efficacy in treatment of elderly patients with osteoarthritis,which is quite worthwhile to be promoted clinicaly.
