摘要
目的探讨区域性医疗用品集中消毒供应的成本管理。方法制订成本核算方法 ,成本控制管理方法 ,分析其管理效果。结果实施区域性医疗用品集中消毒供应成本管理后,消耗总支出减少,总收入提高,消毒供应工作满意度明显上升,实施前后差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用成本控制进行管理,有效促进了医疗器械成本的下降,提高了服务质量。
Objective To study the regional medical supplies concentrated disinfection supply cost management.Methods To make cost accounting method, cost control management methods,to analyze its management effect.Results The implementation of regional medical supplies after concentrated disinfection supply cost management,reduce consumption expenditure,increase total,before and after the disinfection supply increased job satisfaction,differences were statisticaly significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of cost control management,effectively promoted the as a decline in the cost of medical apparatus and instruments,improve the service quality.
