摘要
作为液压系统主要元件之一的液压缸,其内腔的清洁度如何,直接关系到产品的质量问题。而面对多样化、复杂化的各种非标产品,传统的清洗机已经无法满足我们的生产需求,针对这一情况设计开发了一种非标准化的新型清洗设备,它由PLC作中心控制,采用齿轮齿条传动往复输送,用于对长度超过8m的长缸缸筒内腔的清洗。
Hydraulic cylinder is one of the main components of the hydraulic system. How the cleanliness of its cavity, is directly related to the quality of the products. This article introduced a new cleaning equipment that not standardized, which used for cleaning the cylinder in- side the cavity of the long cylinder. The cleaning equipment used the PLC for centralized control, adopt gear and rack drying reprocating pump.
