摘要
框架式液压机压边力控制对产品的质量起到关键的作用。针对框架式液压机压边力对快速响应性、高精度性和强鲁棒性的控制要求,以1000吨框架式液压机液压垫为研究对象,结合了Bang-Bang控制响应速度快和模糊PID控制稳定的优点,建立了基于Bang-Bang模糊PID的智能控制系统。分别通过MATLAB/Simulink仿真与实际实验对智能控制系统进行验证,结果表明该算法较传统的PID算法静动态性能及抗干扰能力等指标都有很大改善。
Blank holding force control of framed hydraulic press machine is the key to product quality. For hydraulic cushion of 1000t framed hydraulic press machine, which combines fast response of Bang-Bang control and stability of fuzzy PID control, an intelligent con- trol system based on Bang-Bang fuzzy PID was built to deal with it' s fast response, high Accuracy and strong robustness. The results of MATLAB/Simulink and actual experiment Indicate that static and dynamic performance and the anti-jamming ability of bang-based fuzzy PID have improved greatly than traditional PID.
