摘要
目的探讨养阴生津与清热解毒法治疗鼻咽癌放疗口咽黏膜反应的临床疗效。方法选择2005年1月至2012年8月间收治的110例鼻咽癌患者为研究对象,采用信封法将110例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组55例,对照组患者予以常规西医治疗,治疗组患者予以百合固金汤和鼻咽清毒剂治疗,观察两组患者放疗期间的口咽黏膜反应程度、出现放射性口咽黏膜反应时间及不良事件。结果放疗3周后的口咽黏膜反应程度以1、2度为主,放疗7周后的口咽黏膜反应程度以2、3度为主。两组患者放疗3周、7周后的口咽黏膜反应程度差异均有统计学意义(χ2=8.391,9.961;P=0.015,0.017)。治疗组患者出现1度放射性口咽黏膜反应症状的初发时间为(19.23±1.85)d,对照组则为(15.89±2.03)d,差异有统计学意义(t=9.019,P<0.001)。两组患者均未出现恶心、呕吐、胃肠不适等症状出现。结论养阴生津与清热解毒法可延迟鼻咽癌放疗口咽黏膜反应的出现时间,有利于放疗的进行。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy Yang Yin Sheng Jin and Qingrejiedu in treatment oral and oropharyngeal mucosa reaction caused by radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods From January 2005 to August 2012,110 nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients were enrolled in the study. Then they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,55 cases in each group. The patients in the control group accepted routine treatment of Western medicine,and those in the treatment group accepted baihegujing decoction,nasal pharynx cleaning agents for the treatment of oropharyngeal. The radioactive mucosa reaction time and adverse event oropharyngeal mucosal reaction during radiotherapy were observed in the two groups. Results Three wk after adiotherapy,the degree of oropharyngeal mucosa reaction were mainly 1,2 degrees; and 7 wk after radiotherapy,degree of oropharyngeal mucosa reaction were mainly 2,3 degrees. 3 wk and 7 wk after radiotherapy,the degree of oropharyngeal mucosa reaction of two groups had no significant differences( χ^2= 8. 391,9. 961; P = 0. 015,0. 017). 1 degrees of radioactive oral mucosa reaction symptoms onset time of the treatment group was( 19. 23 ± 1. 85) d,and the control group was( 15. 89 ± 2. 03) d,with significant differences( t = 9. 019,P〈0. 001). Conclusions Yang Yin Sheng Jin and Qingrejiedu can delay the oropharyngeal mucosa reaction in radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma occurrence time.
