摘要
将比喻法引入到血液病教学中,通过血液病的教学,确认比喻法在临床教学实践中的有效性。使住院医师在血液内科短短一至两个月的临床实践后,改变以往认为血液科"专"的局限性印象,减少住院医师在学习中枯燥之感,提高对血液病的学习兴趣,起到触类旁通的作用。准确的运用比喻法不仅能使住院医师更快更好的掌握血液病学专业的基本理论、基本知识、基本技能,也能提高与患者的沟通技巧。比喻法在临床血液病教学中的应用,促使传统的观念在改变,因而使住院医师的理念在发生变化,主要通过力保住院医师对血液概念的理解、发病机制的理解、基本知识记忆及对难点知识的理解的教学,从而提高住院医师培训质量。
To introduce teaching methods of analogy for hematopoietic disease residency training, confirm the validity of analogy in clinical teaching practice. During one or two months clinical practice training in Hematology department, residents can change their traditional impression about haematology through analogy teaching methods, avoided being fed up with learning, inspired interest in learning, deep understanding,comprehending knowledge. Using analoglogy methods accurately can not only make the residents faster and better grasp the blood professional basic theory, basic knowledge, basic skills, also can improve the communication skills with patients. Residents can change from the traditional ideas to new ideas through application of analogy methods, so as to improve the quality of residency training by lifting the residents’understanding of conceptual knowledge, grasping of the pathogenesis, basic knowledge and understanding of the difficult point of knowledge.
