摘要
目的研究分析急诊外科手术室中应用舒适护理的临床效果。方法选择2010年1月～2011年12月期间山东省胜利石油管理局胜利医院收治的82例接受急诊手术治疗的患者进行随机分组，均分为对照组和研究组（n=41），其中对照组接受常规手术护理模式，研究组接受常规手术护理与舒适护理相结合的方案，进行问卷调查，比较2组患者对护理工作的满意情况。结果研究组对护理工作的满意度明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论舒适护理可以明显改善急诊手术患者的心理素质，患者满意度高，值得临床应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of comfortable nursing used in emergency surgery operation room. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011, 82 patients underwent emergency were randomlydivided into the study group and the control group （n=41 ）. The control group was received routine nursing mode for operation, the study group was received routine operation nursing and the comfortable nursing together, patients satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results Patients satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing can improve the patients＇ psychological quality and the level of patients satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
