钻井平台桩腿支撑管件预制方案的编制

摘要 桩腿建造是整座钻井平台建造中最为关键的项目之一,而其相关支撑管件的预制更是建造过程中的重点和难点。为了建造高质量桩腿,应针对桩腿管件相交相贯的复杂性制定其预制方案。以在建的CP-400、CP-300、DSJ300等钻井平台为例,介绍了钻井平台桩腿管件预制方案编制的主要流程。给出了物料基础数据确定方法,应通过分析桩腿结构图来绘制管件的实体图和相贯线展开图,避免以轴心线长度为基准订货而产生的大量无法使用的余料。以及预制管件母线的使用方法。在管件预制之前,应确定长度、坡口角度、相贯端口等相关参数,可将这些相关参数作为预制管件质量检验标准。在贯通管件与非贯通管件之间,其定位装配方法首先应确认其轴心线是否相交于一个平面内;否则,必须在贯通管件上计算出偏心距、扭转角、偏移弧长等参数,并以此来确定四等分线的对位线。 Leg construction is one of the key projects in the whole drilling platform construction.And prefabrication of its support pipe fittings is the major and difficulty.In order to construct high quality leg,the prefabrication scheme should be made for the intersection complexity of the pipe fittings of the leg.Taking building drilling platforms CP-400,CP-300,DSJ300 as examples,main procedure of the prefabrication scheme programming for the pipe fittings of the drilling platform is introduced.Method for determining basic data of the material is given:stereogram and unfolding drawing of the intersection lines of the pipe fittings should be drawn through analysis on leg structure drawing for avoiding a large number of unusable odds produced by order according to the axial lead length.How to use the main lead of the prefabricated pipe fittings is given as well.Before the prefabrication of the pipe fittings,length,bavel angle,intersection position and other related parameters of pipe fittings should be fixed which may be criterion of quality test of the prefabricated pipe fitting.Locating assembly between pass through pipe fittings and non-pass through pipe fittings should confirm whether their axial leads meet on one plane ,otherwise ,eccentricity ,torsion angle ,arc length of deviation and other parameters of the pass through pipe fittings should be calculated and para-line of quarterline may be determined then.
