摘要
目的探讨子宫背带式缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的效果观察。方法取剖宫产患者68例,随机各34例分组,就子宫背带式缝合术(实验组)与传统方案治疗(对照组)效果进行比较。结果实验组34例患者,治愈30例,显效3例,无效1例,总有效率为97%,对照组34例患者,治愈24例,显效6例,无效4例,总有效率为88.2%。实验组治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论子宫背带式缝合术是治疗剖宫产产后出血的最佳方法,简便、可快速止血,值得大范围应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of strap uterine suture on postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section. Methods68 cases of patients with cesarean section were randomly grouped into two groups with 34 cases in each. The treatment effect of strap uterine suture given to the experimental group and conventional scheme given to the control group was compared. Results Of the 34 cases in the experimental group, 30 cases were cured, markedly effective in 3 cases, 1 case of ineffective, the total effective rate was 97%; of the 34 cases in the control group, 24 cases were cured, effective in 6 cases, 4 cases of ineffective, the total effective rate was 88.2%. The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the patients in the control group, the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Strap uterine suture is the best method for postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section with the advantages of simplicity, convenience and rapid hemostasis, and is worthy of wide range of application.
