摘要
为了实现造波机中导轨座结构轻量化,采用有限元方法对造波机中导轨座进行静力学分析,结果显示其刚度、强度均有较大裕量.为了确定需要避免的造波频率,对其进行固有频率分析,结果表明导轨座的各阶固有频率均远远大于造波频率,故不需要考虑工作过程中引起的共振问题.基于有限元分析结果,以减轻重量为目标,对其进行结构优化设计,最终得到重量减轻13.2%且应力分布更加均匀的优化结果.本文研究方法为导轨座设计提供了理论依据.
In order to achieve lightweighting in the guide rail structure of wave-maker, in this paper, the guide rail seat has carried on statics analysis in the finite element analysis, results showed that the stiffness and strength have the bigger margin.At the same time,in order to get each order modal which the guide rail seat,and determine that the need to avoid the wave frequency. Carry on modal analyses of the screw nut in this paper, results showed that the wave frequency of the wave machine is far less than which each order natural frequency. So the resonance phenomenon caused in the process of work is out of consideration. Based on the finite element analysis results,it was optimized by using different type formed steels to reduce the weight as the objective.The weight acquired from optimized result is decrease 13.2% and the optimization results of stress distribution more uniform. Research methods in this paper provides a theoretical basis for design of guide rail seat.
